Ducaju, a leading company in the packaging industry, urgently needed staff to join their team. To shape their visual, they knocked on my door. Together, we worked on a dynamic design for the recruitment campaign, aiming to attract talented professionals.
We developed a creative concept that is both visually appealing and substantively informative using a series of photos of their staff that reflect the energy and passion at Ducaju. The focus is on exuding the lively atmosphere and dynamic nature of working at Ducaju.
To increase interaction with potential candidates, they cleverly use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to share the visuals. This strengthens the campaign and ensures that the brand is well positioned as an attractive employer.
